I read the UTR and it did not say anywhere that you could put a second card in your sleeved deck. I took them out, but said I would ask about it on the Chats to see what you would say.

While that may not seem like much, chess clocks are very expensive and most Pokemon Players will enventually have the E reader. I played a lot of chess before I switch to Pokemon and Chess Clocks could be someday have some use to Pokemon. Probably not, but it is an interesting developement

Now if I remember right, we can hold it on a weekly basis, and then have a DCI sanctioned tournament if we want. If that being the case can you tell me how to do that? Unfortionately, the answer is math as well. The question has Ho-oh (nonholo) with 4 grass energy on it. It has Porygon2 on the bench using its Pokemon Power "Energy Converter" to turn one of the Grass Energies attached to Ho-oh to Fire Energy. Will Porygon2's Pokemon Power (or other similiar situations) help Ho-oh's attack do 10 addition damage? I am reasking this question because the bad math in the orginal question makes the answer ambiguous.
