If I have an evolved pokemon that knows Agility, could it use Agility against Shedinja or not? A. Yes it would; the Agility effect is not "being done to Shedinja" so WonderGuard would not block it. Say I attach a Team Magma Belt to a benched TM's Aron. During my next turn I evolve it naturally into TM's Lairon, and then the following turn into TM's Aggron - all while on the bench. When I eventually move TM's Aggron into the active slot, what happens with the Team Magma Belt? A. Unfortunately, since you cannot evolve any higher than Aggron, the Team Magma Belt would remain attached until the Pokemon leaves play or otherwise devolves to the point that it could evolve again (i.e. Devolution Spray, Omastar's "Pull Down" attack, etc.). You would not be able to search, therefore you would not discard the Team Magma Belt. The WOTC Floor Rules for determining who goes first was a) Flip a coin, b) Winner decides who gets to go first, c) First Player resolves Mulligans, d) Second Player resolves Mulligans. However, the EX-rulebook says "Flip a coin to decide who goes first", and goes on to describe how Mulligans are to be resolved simultaneously. My question is twofold: 1> Does the winner of the coin flip HAVE to go first, or do they have a choice? 2> Should Mulligans now be resolved simultaneously, or is this "just for beginners"? A. For casual play, play as it is written in the rulebook. For tournament play, follow the pre-game instructions in the the POP Floor Rules. http://op.pokemon-tcg.com/tournaments/tournament_rules.html (Sep 18, 2003 PUI Rules Team; Apr 22, 2004 PUI Rules Team) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TWO ON TWO GAMEPLAY ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TEAM GAMEPLAY ---------------------------------------------------------------------- xxxxxxxxx1xxxxxxxxx2xxxxxxxxx3xxxxxxxxx4xxxxxxxxx5xxxxxxxxx6xxxxxxxxx7xxxxxxxxx8
