For Rocket's Snorlax EX's "Dark Healer" Poke-BODY, does the energy have to be an actual Darkness Energy card, or can it be a Dark Metal, Rainbow, or Multi Energy to activate the Poke-Body? A. Any card that is providing the Dark energy type will allow it to remove one damage counter from itself between turns. (Jan 6, 2005 PUI Rules Team) == DARK TRANCE (Dark Dragonite - EX:Team Rocket Returns) Q. Would Dark Dragonite be able to move a functioning Multi Energy (providing all energy types including Darkness) to a Pokemon that already has other special energies on it? A. Yes you can, but once moved the Multi Energy would then become colorless as long as the other Special Energy Cards remain attached. (Jan 6, 2005 PUI Rules Team) == HOLY SHIELD (Togetic - EX:Team Rocket Returns) Q. Can Togetic be ATM-Rock'd by a dark Pokemon? A. No, because ATM-Rock's "Stone Generator" still counts as an attack that would be blocked by Togetic's "Holy Shield". (Jan 6, 2005 PUI Rules Team) == OVERZEALOUS (Machamp - EX:Hidden Legends) Q. If I have more than one HL Machamp in play, would their "Overzealous" Poke-BODIES be cumulative upon all the Machamps? For example, if I had three Machamps in play would that add a total of +90 to their attacks? A. No, Overzealous is a self-referencing power and only counts for the card that contains it. It is not cumulative. (Jan 6, 2005 PUI Rules Team) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- POKEMON ATTACKS ---------------------------------------------------------------------- == SLIMY WATER (Dark Muk - EX:Team Rocket Returns) Q. What happens when Dark Muk uses "Slimy Water" to attack a Fossil (no printed retreat cost)? A. The Fossil does not have a retreat cost, so Dark Muk would not add to the non-existant Retreat Cost. (Jan 6, 2005 PUI Rules Team) == STRIKE AND RUN (Dunsparce - EX:Sandstorm) [CHRISBO NOTE: Whoops, somehow this one got missed along the way...] Q. If you have a full bench can you "Strike and Run" for 0 basics, shuffle your deck, then switch with a benched Pokemon? A. No. You must be able to have room on your bench in order to do any part of the "Strike and Run" attack.
