In the tournament at my local store (C&D Gamestores, Lancaster, PA) we had seed 1 play seed 2, 3 play 4, and so on. How should it be done? If the store is wrong, how can I change it?
master_trainer_mike says, "If the tournament is being sanctioned then they are running it incorrectly. The rules for seeding are listed in the Floor Rules on our web site."

This power stops working while Light Dragonite is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed."

The top of the card shows 2 colorless energy symbols and that is what this card provides."

master_trainer_mike says, "A. Yes they would. For example, Potion Energy says: If you play this card from your hand, remove 1 damage counter from the Pokemon you attach it to, if it has any. This effect is done as the card is played BEFORE Miraculous Wind can affect the card. Miraculous Wind stops all additional effects of Special Energy cards that are already in play. Meaning Rainbow Energy will NOT provide all Energy types but only Colorless for example."

master_trainer_mike says, "A. Photosynthesis reads: All Energy cards attached to Erika's Oddish provide (grass) Energy instead of their usual type. This power works even while Erika's Oddish is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed. This effect is written effectively the same as Miraculous Wind. Both of these effects occur at the same time. When that happens, you default to Active Player's effect goes first, then Defending Player's effect goes second."
master_trainer_mike says, "So, if there was a Special Energy card attached to your Erika's Oddish (so it is affected by both Photosynthesis and Miraculous Wind) and your opponent had a Light Dragonite as their Active Pokemon, the results would be:"
master_trainer_mike says, "On your turn (you are the Active player) first the Photosynthesis effect is done first and then the Miraculous Wind is done second so the attached Special Energy card provides Colorless Energy."
master_trainer_mike says, "In the same situation on your opponent's turn, first the attached Special Energy card provides Colorless and then the Photosynthesis is done so the attached Special Energy card ends up providing Grass energy."
master_trainer_mike says, "Q. What about a Buzzap'd Electrode or Charizard's Energy Burn? How do they interact?"
master_trainer_mike says, "A. We are still working out the rulings interactions with these cards. There are bigger rules issues still being discussed. We will let you know as soon as we know."
master_trainer_mike says, "Q. What happens if you attach a Full Heal Energy card to a Pokemon that had had Crobat's Triggered Poison done to it last turn?"
master_trainer_mike says, "A. Once again, these effects happen at the same time so the Active Player's effect takes place first. In this case it means that the Pokemon in this example would end up Poisoned."
master_trainer_mike says, "Q. Do Trainer Cards like Double Gust or Warp Point have a sequence of effects? Can Pokemon be Knocked out partway through completing the Trainer card?"
master_trainer_mike says, "A. Yes, these Trainer do have a specific sequence of who does what first. A Pokemon cannot be Knocked out partway through the Trainer card however. You must complete all of the actions of a Trainer card BEFORE you check for game state checks (to see if a Pokemon is Knocked out for example)."
master_trainer_mike says, "Q. I had read in the Master Rulings document that a Dark Energydiscarded after being Energy Burned would give Charizard's Fire Spin 100 + 10 extra damage, similiar to Dark Houndoom's Dark Fire; however, Charizard says "in order to do this attack, discard two energy cards attached to Charizard." Due to the fact that discarding "in order to do this attack" happens before energy effects are resolved, wouldn't Fire Spin ONLY do 100 damage?"
master_trainer_mike says, "A. That is correct. In this case, the Darkness Energy is discarded IN ORDER TO do the attack. This means that its damage increase effects are NOT added to the Final damage."
master_trainer_mike says, "Q. Can you use Dark Gengar's Pull In attack against an Active Suicune (LV 33 with Crystal Body Pokemon Power)? What happens? What about if a Suine is on the Bench? Can you target it with Pull In?"
master_trainer_mike says, "A. Suicune's Crystal Body Pokemon Power prevents ALL effects of attacks except for damage done to Suicune. So while you can use Pull In against Suicune (and still do the 30 damage) you would NOT be able switch Suince with a Pokemon from the Bench. You would also NOT be able to switch Suicune UP from the Bench for the same reason."

(benching or evolving that pokemon ends this effect). If I faint a pokemon with octazooka and flip a head, does that mean the pokemon the opponent brings in has to flip to do it's move?
