So, if my opponent can use it after a failed Chaos Gym in single play, why can't my teammate use it during my turn in team play?
master_trainer_mike says, "This ruling needs to be updated. You cannot play or use Breeder when it is NOT your turn."
master_trainer_mike says, "Whether in a 2 player game or a team multiplay."
master_trainer_mike says, "So far, the only way this comes up is with Cahos Gym."
master_trainer_mike says, "So please update the old ruling."
master_trainer_mike says, "Also Chaos Gym needs some ore clarification."
master_trainer_mike says, "The old ruling that allows your opponent to use 2 Professor Elms on your turn (assuming you tried to play 2 and flipped tails both times) is also being updated."
master_trainer_mike says, "When a tail flip occurs with a Trainer and with Chaos Gym in play, the opponent effectivelys "plays" that card."
master_trainer_mike says, "Meaning that they could NOT play a second elm in the scenario above."

master_trainer_pat says, "When affected by Burn a Pokemon places a Burn Counter on itself and must flip a coin at the end of every turn, on a tails that Pokemon places two damage counters on it."
master_trainer_pat says, "So, in effect it is similar to a double-poison affect that you have to flip for at the end of every turn."

master_trainer_mike says, "Then you can run these tournaments as single elimination (meaning once you lose, you are done) or as swiss (meaning you run a certain number of rounds and everyone plays in each round)."

master_trainer_mike says, "Some stores would want to run sealed to help product sales and others might want to run unlimited constructed because they may have lots of older product around."
