Light Dragonite vs. Charizard Base..Charizard base has 4 speacial energies on it. Light Dragonite's Miraculous Wave Pokemon Power turns them all to Neutral. Then Charizard uses its pokemon power to turn it to fire and attack. The ruling a while back was the individual Pokemon Powes take precidence (is more important) than area effect Pokemon Powers. Otherwise, normally in other situaltions you revert to Active resolved first then Defender resolved second.
