* Cinderace's "Explosiveness" Ability says if it's in your hand when you are setting up to play, you may put it face down in the Active Spot. If your opening hand has no Basic Pokemon but you do have Cinderace, you can choose to put it out as your Active OR show you have no basics and mulligan... YOU DECIDE.
