* Mega Evolution Pokemon ex are not the same as Mega Evolution Pokemon-EX from the XY series, and they do not interact with cards from the XY series that refer to "Mega Evolution Pokemon". Likewise, cards from the Mega Evolution series that refer to "Mega Evolution Pokemon" do not interact with cards from the XY series. All the cards from the XY series are referring to the Stage of the Pokemon (MEGA); since Mega Evolution Pokemon ex from the ME series are Basic, Stage 1, or Stage 2, they don't count. For example, Mega Turbo cannot attach Energy to a Mega Lucario ex and Faded Town won't put any damage counters on Mega Gardevoir ex because their Stage is not MEGA.
