If Battle Cage is in play, what happens if my opponent switches or retreats their Active Pokemon to the bench while I have a Team Rocket's Dugtrio with the "Holes" Ability in play?
Their Pokemon is on the bench when the Ability is applied, so it takes no damage counters thanks to Battle Cage.

If I have two Team Rocket's Dugtrio with the "Holes" Ability in play and my opponent Retreats their Active Pokemon, do they place 2 or 4 damage counters on it?
They place 4 damage counters. The Ability can stack.
